Wonderful food, very fair prices, quick service, and a great atmosphere. The California Burger was large and very tasty with a fresh baked bun, and I wish I could bring the verde soup home by the bucket full, I could eat it damn near every day! Has indoor and outdoor seating, plus an adjacent public park with shade trees and benches. Located immediately across the street from the courthouse

I was in town on business and I wanted breakfast and some decent coffee. This restaurant was excellent on both counts.
I had the California omelet. It was very good. I liked the crispy potatoes served with the omelet. Service was excellent, also. I can see why this café is the highest rated restaurant in Fallon.
Oversized vehicle parking is right across the street. Super convenient. I will return the next time I am in town.

Great meal, reasonably prices Eggs Benedict was spectacular, the Hollandaise sauce wasn’t salty at all and the peach ice tea was brewed to perfection….
And the salads are insanely large and tasty.
The lunches here are outstanding, and the prices are totally reasonable…

Staff greeted us immediately, answered all our questions, and was very personable!
Service was quick and attentive with quick refills of the refreshing lemonade and there was barely any wait for our food.
Pesto alfredo ravioli was delicious and served with some of the best cheesy garlic bread I've ever had!
Wedge salad was fresh and crisp, and generous with the bacon bits!
It was all so delectable that I forgot to take pictures first, as you see! :)
We got a blueberry scone, a cinnamon roll and some macarons to take home, which all look amazing as well!
We are definitely excited to come back on our next trip to Fallon!

Hands down, this is the BEST breakfast spot in town! The food is fresh and delicious, the atmosphere is super cozy and the service is always friendly. My wife and I always make it a point to stop in any time we make our way across HWY 50 and if it's available, we prefer to sit at the counter. On our last visit, we got a chance to meet Andy, one of the owners and had a great time talking to him about Jeeps. As far as food goes, my wife had their French Toast and I their California Omelete and both were outstanding. I should note that parking is somewhat limited out front but there's plenty more to be found around back and even on a weekday, the place can fill up fast so be prepared to wait a bit if you show up after 9am. On nice days, they do have outdoor seating as well and that's always a plus. Before you leave, be sure to look in the bakery cabinet as there are all kinds of mouthwatering treats to take with you on the road. For us, we always make sure to get a cinnamon roll to go and snack on it later on in the day. Be sure to come hungry and leave feeling satisfied!

The only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere is that the chairs are a bit hard. However, if they made them any softer we'd probably never leave.
The scent is heavenly. The food is divine. The breads and baked deserts are amazing (from previous trips). The breakfast bacon and sausage are high quality from a local maker, not mass produced. They cook accurately and focus on taste. Even their sweet options are well balanced. I had the cinnamon roll platter (cinnamon roll French toast with eggs and sausage) this morning and it was not overly sweet even for me on a keto cheat day (I'm a person who tends to prefer savory). The pecan crunch on the cinnamon roll french toast added a wonderful texture to the dish. Their coffee is great and the oversize mugs are a nice touch.
This is, in general, not the place to go if you are in a hurry. There is sometimes a wait to be seated, or to order, and the kitchen cooks for flavor not speed. It is a wonderful place if you want to eat great food especially with friends or family, and counter seating is available for those dining alone. Staff is attentive, but can become busy at times.
Bathrooms are clean, nicely decorated, and well cared for.
